• Master of Arts in Education Administration
• The first certified teacher teaching Chinese language for the Calgary Board of Education (CBE)
• Started the first Chinese International Baccalaureate (I.B.) program for the CBE at Sir Winston Churchill High School
• Over 20 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong and Canada
• Recipient of the following awards:
  • Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and Certificate 2012
  • The People's Choice Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award in 2009
  • The People's Republic of China Overseas Outstanding Educator Award in 2007
  • Alberta Centennial Medal and Certificate 2005
  • Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal and Certificate 2002
