Regular Courses
The Chinese Academy's regular program offers courses in Mandarin and Cantonese from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
Students who attend the Mandarin class can choose to learn either simplified or traditional characters.
Students who attend the Cantonese class will learn the traditional characters and in addition there will be a 30-minute Mandarin session during each class.
Students in Grade 10-12 can earn High School credits upon completion of each grade (5 credits per grade)
Students who are registered in the IB program at their English school can choose to enroll in the Chinese IB program at The Chinese Academy. Classes are the same as the regular class except IB students are required to take the IB exams.
Classes are 3 hours long every Saturday, excluding holidays. Classes are available in the morning (9am-12pm) and in the afternoon (1pm-4pm)
